BECAUSE MUTHA SUPPORTS MOTHERS

Partnering with International Medical Corps

From the very beginning, even when MUTHA had zero in revenue and no profits, our founder Hope made a bold decision: to commit a portion of our sales to International Medical Corps' for midwife and nurse education programs in regions with the highest maternal mortality rates.

While there is still much work to be done, we’re proud to take this moment to share some of the incredible achievements we've accomplished together, in Mali, the Central African Republic, and Afghanistan:

Supported the health of more than 1,600 mothers with critical maternal services like prenatal and postnatal care to ensure safer pregnancies and deliveries, and smoother postpartum recovery.

Specially trained over 65 healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and midwives, in emergency obstetric and newborn care.

Empowered over 140 community healthcare workers with sexual reproductive health training, spreading vital education on sexual reproductive health, obstetric emergencies, and gender-based violence, and directly impacting families and communities for the better.

Delivered family planning support to more than 1,200 women, equipping them with the knowledge and resources to make informed choices about their reproductive health.
These efforts ensure that more women receive expert, compassionate care when they need it most.

KNOW ONE, RAISE ONE, SUPPORT ONE, BE ONE
