Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your MUTHA purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 30 days for credit. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns from products purchased on MUTHA.com.
For orders involving more than one unit of the same product or multiple different items within a single order, MUTHA reserves the right to decline returns unless the return is due to our error or the items received are defective. If this is your first time purchasing from MUTHA, we strongly encourage you to begin with just a few products—no more than one of each—to discover what works best for you, rather than ordering a full regimen at once. This approach fosters a more intentional and personalized experience, and it helps reduce unnecessary waste, as many returned products must be discarded for safety reasons. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns in all instances.
Items must be returned unopened and unused, with all original components and packaging included. Any items that are damaged or returned with missing components will not be eligible for a refund. Any product that, in MUTHA’s sole discretion, shows clear signs of use beyond initial testing will be automatically rejected for refund. If a returned item is opened or used, any refund will be issued at MUTHA’s sole discretion, which may include store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
MUTHA reserves the right to deny any return that appears to be an abuse of our policy, including but not limited to ordering a large number of products with the intent to trial and return.
Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from MUTHA to you when your order is delivered to you. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that are shown to be appropriately delivered by carrier.
