What if I end up with too much?
Push the delivery back or stretch the interval — both take about ten seconds in your account, neither cancels anything, and you keep your 15%. If you genuinely want out, cancel. We'd rather you paused.
Can I swap products without losing the discount?
Yes. Swap what's in the delivery as often as you like. The 15% and free shipping attach to the subscription, not to the product.
Am I locked in?
No. No minimum number of orders, no cancellation fee, no phone call. Cancel from your account whenever you want, including before your second delivery.
When do the free gifts arrive?
On your 2nd, 4th, 6th and 10th deliveries. The second brings the MUTHA Shower Cap, the fourth the MUTHA Tote Bag, the sixth the After Hours Candle, and the tenth a discount off that order. After the 10th the cycle starts again, so the gifts keep coming as long as you stay subscribed. Your first order doesn't include one — the 15% and free shipping start immediately instead.
Do I get the discount on the very first order?
Yes — 15% off applies from order one, and to every order after it. Free shipping too, with no minimum.
When am I charged, and will I know?
You're charged when each delivery is prepared, on the schedule you set. We email before every charge so you can skip, change or delay from that email.
Can I subscribe to more than one product?
Yes, and they'll ship together on one schedule and one charge if the cadences match. Add products from this page or from any product page.
Can I subscribe to a set or bundle?
Sets are one-time purchases. It's a deliberate choice: the things inside a set run out at different rates — you'll finish a Body Bar long before you finish a jar of Glow — so putting them on one shared schedule leaves you short of one and stacked up on the other. Subscribe to the individual products instead and set each to its own cadence.
Where do you ship subscriptions?
We currently offer subscriptions in the US and Canada. Please note that subscriptions for Alaska and Hawaii do not offer free shipping however and will incur a $35 shipping charge. Subscriptions to Canada will incur a $17 shipping charge.
How do I manage everything?
From your account. Change the date, the cadence, the products, the address or the card. Or write to us and we'll do it.

Subscription Terms
- The 15% subscription discount applies to the first order and all recurring orders, and is calculated on the product price before tax and shipping.
- Shipping is complimentary on all subscription orders, with no order minimum.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the cadence selected at checkout until paused or cancelled. An email is sent in advance of every charge.
- Subscription discounts may not be combined with other promotional codes or sitewide sales.
- Subscriptions are available for shipping within the United States and Canada. Please note however that Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and any US territories do not benefit from the free shipping offer will incur additional shipping charges.
- Free gifts are included with the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 10th orders of each subscription cycle, after which the cycle repeats. Gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted for an item of equal or greater value.
