Give Good Gift: The MUTHA Holiday Edit

Gift guides usually sort by person, which assumes you know what kind of person you're shopping for. In our experience you mostly know two things: roughly who it's for, and roughly what you want to spend.

So this one is sorted by the second. Everything below is in stock and ready to give.

Under $50

The category that has to work hardest — teacher gifts, hosts, the office thing, the person you weren't expecting to buy for. These are the ones that don't read as filler.

Pucker Lip Butter — $28. A lovely little lip-care gift that fits in a stocking, a card, or a coat pocket.

Exfoliating Body Bar — $30. Winner of Best Body Bar at the 2025 Byrdie Beauty Awards, and a bar of soap that genuinely surprises people. In a 34-person consumer panel over one week, 97% noted noticeably smoother skin. Comes in Dirty Citrus or Detox Greens — Dirty Citrus is the crowd-pleaser, Detox Greens is for the person with opinions.

Pucker Up Lip Plump — $35. Three shades: Not So Vanilla, Almond Mom, Talk Cherry To Me. For anyone who has ever said they don't really wear makeup and then worn this every day.

Eye Maintenance Eye Mask Prisms — $38. The gift that looks far more expensive than it is. Good for the friend who travels, the one who doesn't sleep, and the one who'd like to be given permission to lie down for fifteen minutes.

Body Oil, Discovery Size — $38. The full formula in a size that fits a carry-on. A genuinely useful way to introduce someone to it.

Oil-to-Gel Cleanser — $42. Unglamorous as a gift and quietly one of the best things on this list, because it's the step most people are getting wrong.

Under $100

The real gifting band — substantial enough to mean something, not so much that it becomes awkward to receive.

Body Butter Melt — $55. The tube format, carry-on friendly, a Harper's Bazaar Editors' Favorite. For the one who's always leaving.

After Hours Candle — $60. The host gift that doesn't get re-gifted.

Amniotic Toner — $65. For the person already deep into their routine who wants the step most people skip.

The Nudist Body Scrub — $70. Brown sugar and warm vanilla, in a blend of coconut, castor, jojoba, avocado and sweet almond oils. It smells like crème brûlée and it is very hard to give away without wanting one.

Hyaluronic Serum — $75. Straightforward, hard-working hydration. A good gift for someone whose skin has started behaving differently and who hasn't worked out what to do about it.

Pucker Up Lip Plump Trio — $88. All three shades, boxed. The answer for the person you'd have bought a single Pucker Up for, when you want it to feel like a proper gift.

Up All Night Eye Cream — $90. Tinted, so it does something visible immediately. In a 30-person consumer panel at week 2, 93.4% agreed the tint immediately brightened the look of the under-eye area. Winner of the Marie Claire Prix d'Excellence de la Beauté. For the new parent, the shift worker, the one with a toddler and a job.

Face Oil — $95, and Beauty Sleep Eye Cream — $95. Beauty Sleep is the nighttime eye cream, named Best Eye Cream for Fine Lines by NewBeauty and an ELLE First Class Beauty Award winner. If you're choosing between the two eye creams, Up All Night is the morning one and Beauty Sleep is the evening one — they play different roles in your routine and most people end up with both.

Move Like A MUTHA — $98. Body Butter Melt, Eye Maintenance Eye Mask Prisms and Pucker Lip Butter, boxed as a travel trio. Note that three of the items already on this list are in it — so if you were going to buy two of them separately anyway, this is the tidier way to do it. For the one who's always about to get on a plane.

The Splurge

For the person who matters, or the year when you have the budget and the inclination.

Body Butter — $100. The cult one, in Original Citrus or Detox Greens. In a clinical study of 31 subjects, 100% showed increased skin hydration immediately after use, measured by Corneometer. Clinically observed hydration benefits up to 48 hours. Cosmo Holy Grail 2025 Best Body Butter, SHAPE Skin Awards 2025, NewBeauty Best Body Butter. If you are buying one MUTHA product for someone who has never tried MUTHA, buy this.

Body Oil — $105. The full 100ml. Best given to someone who will actually use it generously rather than ration it.

Body Butter Glow — $115. A hydrating body butter with mica and glow pigments for a subtle golden radiance. 99% of ingredients are of natural origin, calculated according to ISO 16128. An ELLE First Class Beauty Award winner, and one for the friend with a party season ahead of her.

No. 1 Serum — $130. The serious one. For the person who reads ingredient lists and will appreciate being taken seriously.

Detox Like A MUTHA — $178. The Exfoliating Body Bar and Body Butter, both in Detox Greens, with Up All Night Eye Cream. A complete routine rather than a single good product — bar, butter, eyes. The one you give when you mean it, and a lovely introduction to MUTHA for someone new to the line.

If You'd Rather Not Decide

A MUTHA Gift Card is available from $25 to $150, and there is no shame in it. A gift card to a brand someone already loves is a better gift than the wrong product from a brand they don't.

One more thing worth knowing, if you're the type who waits for a reason: shipping is free from October 15 through October 18, no minimum and no threshold to clear. That's four days, and it's the only shipping offer between now and the end of the month.
